The Excellence Toolkit

Excellence Toolkit Logo

The Excellence Toolkit offers you a simple, practical yet effective way of assessing your organisation against the internationally renowned EFQM 2013 Excellence Model©.

It will also help you to develop plans for improvement and to identify where you are in relation to external recognition options such as the EFQM Levels of Excellence, Investors in Excellence or our own Marques of Excellence scheme. If you are far advanced on the journey to Excellence, the Toolkit output can be used to help entry to regional or even national Excellence Awards.

Following the success of the generic Excellence Toolkit, launched in 2010, North of England Excellence has been commissioned to create sector specific versions of the Toolkit for those working in housing and those working in care.

If you are interested in finding out more about either the generic or sector Toolkits, click through the navigation above.

What others have said about the Excellence Toolkit

The Darwen Aldridge Community Academy opened in 2008 and moved to a new site in the September of 2010. The Academy seeks to develop a passion for learning and an enterprising spirit amongst its students and staff, and amongst members of the local community. In addition, it seeks to create, develop and maintain an education that focuses emphatically on providing opportunities for success for all, recognising and celebrating the achievements of everyone in all aspects of life at the Academy.

The Academy currently has 174 employees. The Academy recognises that to develop as an Academy we must invest in working in partnership with all stakeholders and primarily our staff and students. The benefits of implementing the EFQM Excellent Model
