Customer service is paramount in tourism and leisure. In recognition of this, each year North of England Excellence awards a prize to the graduate at the University of Central Lancashire's School of Sport, Tourism and the Outdoors who gains the highest marks in the managing quality module.
This year's winner is Esther Wilks from Bexleyheath in Kent. Esther achieved outstanding results in her finals, graduating with a first class degree. Not surprisingly, she has already found a job with an event management company in south Manchester.
North of England Excellence wishes her every success in pursuing her chosen career.
